WAFERMAP FREE Trial Version 3.73
You can download a WAFERMAP FREE Trial Version, which allows you to test all available features of WAFERMAP for Windows except saving and exporting of data. This version can be evaluated for 60 days.
You must uninstall any old version of WAFERMAP and WAFERMAP Trial Version including all of its components before starting the installation.
How to install: After downloading this *.exe file into a separate directory, e.g. "C:/TEMP/", execute it. The setup program will be started automatically leading you through the setup procedure. You must have administration permissions on your PC in order to install the WAFERMAP Trial Version.

WAFERMAP will be running with license key for WAFERMAP for Windows Version 3.x only.
